This Privacy Policy is provided by OneVisage SA (“OneVisage", “we”, “us” or “our”) to all visitors of our website (the “WebSite”) and users of our goods and services. Protecting individual's privacy and digital identity is in our DNA and  we ensure that your Personal Data are processed in accordance with applicable laws, including European data protection law.

2. Personal Data Collection

When you contact us to request information, a call, a demo, ask questions or when you download a report, presentation, case study or whote paper, OneVisage collects or may collect Personal Data about you including your first name, last name, company name, phone number, email address as well as the source of your query (e.g. partner's web sites). 

In addition, when visiting our WebSite, Personal Data such as the IP address of your computer/device as assigned by your Internet Service Provider, the date and time of your visit, the browser software and your computer/device operating system,  the WebSite pages you visited and the duration of your connection are automatically collected. 


Our WebSite uses Wix Analytics and collects Essential cookies. Third-party applications like Google Analytics or Facebook Ads are not used.    

3. Use of your Personal Data

OneVisage collects and uses your Personal Data to:

(i) respond to your questions, call request and product or service demo queries you addressed to us;

(ii) potentially communicate with you about participating in market research surveys;

(iii) provide you with reports, white papers or case studies you requested; 

(iv) send you information about our products, services and events (e.g. events like CES, VivaTech, Intersec ...); and

(v) legal requirements, legitimate interest or contractual necessity.

Your Data Privacy matters to us and OneVisage has a very limited use of tracking technologies and cookies.

5. Sharing your Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be shared with third-party service providers, who will process it on behalf of OneVisage for the purposes identified above. Such third-parties include providers of website hosting, maintenance, authentication platform and are registered in Europe or Switzerland, where the European GDPR or Swiss Data Protection laws apply.

Your Personal Data may also be shared with government authorities and/or law enforcement officials if required for the purposes above, if mandated by law or if required for the legal protection of our legitimate interests in compliance with applicable laws.

6. How long do we keep your Personal Data?

In general, your Personal Data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected:

(i) we keep you Personal Data as long as you are an active lead, customer, user of our products or services;  you can opt-out of receiving any or all marketing communications by unsubscribing sending an email to or using the link provided at the end of each marketing communication;  

(ii) we keep your Personal Data in accordance with the cookies policy of our WebSite provider to collect statistics about the use of our WebSite;

(iv) we process and keep your Personal Data as long as the law requires to meet legal requirements.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data:


(i) you can ask for a copy of your Personal Data we have stored;

(ii) you can ask for your Personal Data to be corrected, deleted or for any active processing of your Personal Data to be restricted; 

(iii) you can obtain the Personal Data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine readable format;

(iv) you can set against the processing of your Personal Data in some circumstances, for example, where we are using your Personal Data for marketing purposes.

Additionally, if you have set up an account on our WebSite, you can delete it or ask us to delete it.

These rights may be limited, for example if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping.
